Teach
Our first session will be around emotional intelligence - teaching you, the primary care giver how the mind works so you can understand what is going on for your child.
Clear Issue
We move on to clearing the issue that led you to me. We do this using elements of play therapy; drawing and role playing with toys. A couple of sessions like this may be needed.
Hypnosis
Our final session will be checking in, making sure there are no more concerns around the original issue, strengthening anchors and future pacing in hypnosis.
