Divorce

Divorce is a life-changing event for any child. Even when handled with care, it can bring feelings of confusion, sadness, anger, guilt, or fear of abandonment. Sometimes, children act out or shut down simply because they don’t know how to make sense of the change.

I offer a safe, non-judgemental space where your child can process what they’re feeling—at their own pace and in their own way.

With gentle, age-appropriate therapy, I help children explore their emotions, express themselves freely, and feel more secure in a time of uncertainty. Whether they’re worried about divided loyalties, changes at home, or what the future looks like—I’m here to help them navigate it all with support and understanding.
