I built this programme because I kept seeing the same thing — people who genuinely wanted to quit, trying approaches that worked at the wrong level and wondering why it wasn't sticking.

The pretalk is the part most programmes skip. It's also the part that makes the difference. What you believe about quitting — and about yourself as someone who smokes or vapes — shapes everything about whether the change holds. The pretalk works directly with that. The hypnosis session does the deeper work. Together they address the habit at the level where it actually lives.
