Bookings, Payments & Cancellations

Bookings are made via our online booking system. A booking is confirmed once you have received written confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

All prices are listed on our website and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your booking is the price shown at the time of confirmation.

Payment is required at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment by Stripe (card payment) or bank transfer. Bank transfer details will be provided upon request. Please ensure payment is received before your session takes place.

Cancellation & rescheduling: We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• More than 48 hours' notice: Full refund or free rescheduling
• Less than 48 hours' notice or no-show: The full session fee is payable and no refund will be issued

Complementary therapy notice: Hypnotherapy and all services offered are complementary therapies and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes and individual results will vary. If you have concerns about your physical or mental health, please consult your GP or a qualified medical professional before booking.
