We address the 'it's safer' belief that has quietly been giving you permission to continue. We look at the flavour association and what it's actually costing you. We dismantle the idea that vaping manages your stress — and show you what's really happening when it feels that way. By the end of Part One, you'll understand exactly why you vape, and why stopping is far easier than you've been led to believe.

Part Two — The Hypnosis Session · Approx. 30–40 minutes

A deeply relaxing, professionally structured hypnosis session using the same clinical techniques used in one-to-one therapy. We work directly with the unconscious part of your mind that has been running the vaping habit — identifying what it has been trying to do for you, and giving it new, healthier ways to achieve exactly that. We also visit the moment this habit began, and resolve it there at its root. The result is not that you resist vaping. It is that the pull simply isn't there anymore.
