We dismantle the beliefs that have kept you stuck — that you can't do it, that you're physically addicted, and that smoking is actually doing something for you. By the time Part One is complete, you'll understand exactly why you smoked, why it felt difficult to stop, and why — from this point forward — it won't be.

Part Two — The Hypnosis Session · Approx. 30–40 minutes

A deeply relaxing, professionally structured hypnosis session using the same clinical techniques used in one-to-one therapy. The session works directly with the unconscious part of your mind that has been running the smoking habit — giving it a new role and new ways of achieving everything it was always trying to do for you. It also visits the origin of the habit and resolves it at its root, so the change is complete and lasting.
